Infrastructureworks for 850 acres of development, comprising earthworks, road and draini works, 5 Nos. 1.5 million-gallon 34m-diameter water reservoris, sererage treatment plants for 67,600 PE, Main Drain alignment and regrading, and storm water retention ponds.

Phase 1 infrastructure works were completed in 2004.
